Policies for La Posh Salon and Spa

Welcome to La Posh Salon and Spa! We strive to provide a memorable and relaxing experience for all our guests. 
To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, we have established the following policies:


1.⁠ ⁠Appointment Reservations: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change. Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3.⁠ ⁠Arriving on Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result 
in a shortened service or rescheduling.

4.⁠ ⁠Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment. We prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff.

5.⁠ ⁠Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. 
Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.

6.⁠ ⁠Personal Items: La Posh Salon and Spa is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during your visit. 
Please keep your belongings close.

7.⁠ ⁠Children's Policy: While we love children, we ask that they be supervised at all times. 
For their safety, we recommend scheduling services for those over the age of 12.
